I think I'd be th only one blogging here now. Haha.

Let's see, since Yan Da asked us, well namely me, to blog, here I am!

Okay, not much stuff to blog about..
Except th fact that History workbooks are to be handed in to Miss Wang on Monday, with th political cartoon page all done correctly.

Those who have not paid $2.10 for th flour babies project(if I'm not wrong only Zi Zhong hasn't paid), kindly proceed to make th payment to Miss Jade Leong early in th morning on Monday.
Come onnnn, it's $2.10, not $210!
Make it a point to find her on Monday so as to not deter th progress of th project.

Okayyy, in case you all lost that sheet of paper Miss Leong gave you, I'm gonna list down all th requirements nd rules of th Flour Babies project here.

Rules of th Project

1. Th flour babies must be kept clean nd dry at all times. All fraying, staining nd leakage of stuffing will be taken very seriously.

2. Flour babies will be put on th official scales twice a week to check for any weight loss that might indicate casual neglect or maltreatment, or any weight gain that might indicate tampering or damp.

3. No flour baby may be left unattended at any time, night or day. If you must be out of sight of your flour baby, even for a short while, a responsible babysitter must be arranged.

4. You must keep a Baby Book (diary) of th two weeks of your baby's life nd write in it daily your thoughts nd feelings relating to your flour baby. Each entry should be no shorter than three full sentences, nd no longer than two pages. Your baby book should include:

- Baby's name, age, sex, race, nd how much th baby weighs nd its length.

- Feeding nd sleeping schedule.

- Baby Sitting Log. When you have to leave it with a baby-sitter, have th sitter sign in th date nd time of sitting.

- Your problems nd attitudes with regards to taking care of your baby.

5. Certain persons (who shall not be named until th project is over) shall make it their business to check on th welfare of th flour babies nd th keeping of th above rules. These people may be parents, other pupils, or members of staff or th public. If you are found to have left your baby unattended, Child Protective Services (your teachers) will come nd take your Flour Baby away nd you will fail your project.

6. Your baby must come to school with you everyday. Attendance will be taken for your flour baby by certain persons in school.

7. You may create your baby's appearance nd character. Be as creative as you wish nd extra points will be given if you give your baby a face, clothes, etc.

8. Should something happen to your baby, you must write a report about th occurrence nd include it in your baby book.

9. You will fail th project nd be subjected to disciplinary action if you do anything harmful to your baby or another student's flour baby.

10. You will be graded on each of th above items. This will count towards your formative assessment for Term 3.

Time Frame.

- This assignment will last for 2 weeks, starting from 14 July 2008 to 28 July 2008.

- All flour babies nd baby books must be submitted on th 28 July 2008. Late submission will be taken seriously nd one mark will be deducted off your total mark per day for each day you are late!

Assessment Criteria.

This project will contribute 50% to your formative assessment for Term 3 nd carries 100 marks.

- Baby Book : 60 marks (50 marks for originality, 10 marks for completeness)

- Reliable care of th baby : 10 marks

- Creativity in dressing up th baby : 15 marks

- Attendance of your baby in school : 15 marks.
